1995 yamaha 25 just purchased. Its seen little use last two years. Runs fine at higher rpm but will not idle without stalling. Can a fuel additive clean the carbs, or do I need to do a full or partial carb rebuild. If I need to rebuild,rate complexity of rebuild for a do-it-yourself mechanic (have Clymer manuel).<br />Thx.
