Yamaha 4hp tiller repair

Hi Everyone,
I have inherited a Yamaha 4hp AC Outboard maybe 15+ years old - runs great but the throttle/tiller handle flops about and is loose! Any ideas how to tighten it up or has anyone a picture or page from the service manual?
