Yamaha 55 working on one cylinder

Hi i have changed the CDI unit but the same problem spark on 1 cyl the same like with the other CDI so it is not the CDI.When i turn the key to start on the home made spark tester at 11mm only the cyl no 1 spark but on cyl 2 some time spark only 1 or 2 and stop sparking.Can some one tell me what to check now it's the stator or flywheel.

Is there a reason you do have not purchased a service manual for that motor and followed the step that it gives for testing the ignition system? It gives all the steps and tells you what test equipment is needed and the specs.
That would seem be be a lot cheaper than just replacing parts that are not needed.

Yes i have bought a manual Dvd but it's not very expland and i am trying with other parts from another motor wich is for parts from my friend.
