Is there anyone else having Fuel Pump problems on the 2006 60HP Yamaha 4-stroke?<br /><br />Last november I purchased a new 22 foot, G3 pontoon boat with the Yamaha 60HP 4-stroke. When I went to pick it up they told me that the motor would not run and they were working on it. They told me that the high pressure fuel pump (fuel Injection) was bad and that they pulled one off another new 60 and it did the same thing, when they took a 3rd of a new motor it worked.<br /><br />Okay here we are around 5 months later and I run across the lake and in 5 minutes the engine dies. I check for fuel at the fuel rail and nothing. The outboard shop just told me that the fuel pump went out and they have ordered a fuel pump.<br /><br />What gives?
