Yamaha 703 Remote Control compatability with the new Yamaha F70 outboard

I presently have a 703 Remote Control connected to a 2003 Yamaha 50HP 4 stroke. If I replace the 50HP with the new F70HP Yamaha, do the controls just unconnected from the old outboard and connect to the new F70 without any additional wiring or modifications? Or will I need to buy a new remote control?

You should be able to use the 703 remote and cables. The main wiring harness should also work, but if you have different accessories you may need additional harnesses to hook everything up.
