Ihave a 9.9 four stroke late 90s that is difficult to start. I have rebuilt the carb removing and blowing out the jets.In order for it to run I must<br />block the intake about 75% in order to keep it running. Even after warm up> Does any body have any ideas and how does the choke work on this?
