I'm going through the channel and it stalls. I start it back up and go full throttle across the lake and in seconds she stalls and makes a squeeky noise right before it died. the next day i tried starting it and it ran fine idling, but i don't want to run it too long fearing that it might do it again.
I think it might have overheated but water is pumping through it. The only other thing is maybe the 2-cycle oil is not getting pumped in with the fuel. Otherwise I don't have any other ideas.

I would check the fuel supply, tank pick-up, fittings, fuel tank vent, quick disconnect, fuel pump, fuel filter, etc. Sounds like might be fuel starvation at higher RPM's.
