Yamaha 90hp 2str no power!

I have a 1999 yamaha 2stroke 90HP TLRX,with a pump on it and i'm having performance problems,It's on a 16'sled,I have installed a fuel water seperator,sharpened the impellar correctly,35 thous gap,sharpened the intake grill,I know they say dont,cleaned the carbs,cleaned the filters,drained and cleaned the fuel tank,carbs are opening all the way,messed with the mainjets anywhere from 1 turn out to 1 1/2 turns out. The shoe is a 1/4in below the hull, and I have no cavitation. My boat with 2 people and 5gal. gas, a dog, and 2 bags of decoys wont plane,GPS 9.7mph. A guy with a 17 foot tracker with a 40hp Merc jet blew buy me like I was standing still, and laughed at me at the launch.I don't know what to do now? cyl 1 119psi cyl2 121psi cyl3 121psi I also installed new plugs Please help fishin season is around the corner.Boat shops tell me my boat should push35mph+

what kind of rpms are you getting? maybe you spun a hub..maybe crack in fuel line somewhere..

I'm going to hook up a tach and run it this weekend,what rpm's should it run?should a jet drive spin the same r's as a prop? what is good 5200-5400? ....The fuel lines have all been replaced,when I cleaned the whole system.

4600-4700 rpm wot. went out today, had break in weather,I dont know what else to do?

at that RPM , if the tach is set correctly, I would double check my reverse gate adjustments.
wont be the first time I ever saw the gate drop slightly under power and ruin a day.

Had condensation in the carbs,it was only running on 1 sometimes 2 cylinders,that is what the shop said, they cleaned the carbs,did the timing,sync and linked the carbs,re-did the edges on my impellar cause it was wrong,I'm still green with jet drives,now 5240rpm wot, not even the same boat. B-O-A-T,,,,,, Buck, Out, Another ,Thousand...Even after everything i did, it had all been done wrong,guess thats why we pay people!
