Would this be the right way to do a compression test on 1989 Yamaha 225 excel with YMIS computer ing. and three carberators. Run engine until warm, remove spark plugs, throttle wide open, manual says to ground all spark plug wires to engine but can i just remove kill switch tether to disable ingnition system. If not what is the best way to ground spark plug leads. Would appreciate any advice.
