I see the bonding straps from the zinc on the tilt unit, and another I am guessing for the rudder zinc on the lower unit. Is their a strap bonding the powerhead to the midsection as well???? My starboard motor had some powerpro fishing line wrapped around a bonding strap and it removed some of that black covering....strap itself is fine. Should I replace??? Thank you.
