I have a 2002 Yamaha OS66 200hp. I Have just installed it and the tach unit. The tach has alarms but since I have a water pressure gauge and a temp gauge in the dash from my previous motor I figured no harm in hooking them up to the Yamaha. On my old mercury I could hook the temp gauge to the control box as the temp sender was connected to the harness. Can I do the same on the Yamaha 703 control box with this Yamaha 200? if so what color wire do I tap into? I have my water pressure tube run back to the outboard from the gauge but am not sure where the best place is to tap in to the water. Any tips would be much appreciated as always.
