Re: yamaha Jetboats
I am assuming this a freshwater boat due to your location, which is a good thing. You don't mention much about the overall condition of the boat and that makes it a little harder to help, but not much. I personally like all of the Yamaha Jet Boats and prefer over Sea-Doo any day. If the engines crank easily and idle smoothly, if the boat takes throttle on the water. and the control cables are all free moving I'd say you might want to take a chance. The one thing I would do for certain is have a reputable mechanic do a compression test on all cylinders of both motors to make sure you have a solid foundation. Here on the NC coast, average retail for that boat is $5500.00, so depending on condition and extras it may be a good deal. But as always Buyer Beware!!
