yamaha or honda????

i just bought an 18ft pontoon boat. taking off the force 75hp and want to put on a twenty hp motor[lake restriction] im tossed between a honda and a yamaha, im swinging more towards a honda. any opinions on what is the better motor? thanks ken

Both are excellent outboards, Ken. My choice would be decided by how close and how good each has a Service facility.

both repair stores are close, but i did find out that they are very close in price but honda has a five year warranty compared to three on yamaha, so i will most likley go with honda

I think Honda in the kicker size motors are the very best out there.
