can anyone help me with the factory compression on a 92 -150 yamaha 2 stroke engine. I am trying to do a test before purchasing boat

I can tell you I have 100 psi on mine. It is more important that they are all about the same reading, as each gauge is a bit different.

thanks, I will look for around 100 and all the same, have you had ant problems with your motor

i know you didnt ask me but, I have a 92 200 yammi and my dad has a 93 150 yammi both pro v's run like hell and havnt had a lick of trouble out of them, i changed a fuel pump but i figure it was because the motor was just a 92 model, Dang fine motors if you ask me or just about anyone for that matter.

thanks it is good to hear two good stories about that year, I feel pretty good about buying it- I just need to test it on the water and see what kind of rpm's I can get- a boat isn't worth much if you have to paddle-

i got 1992 yamaha 200,and it run well,and can u tell me what is your gpm and gph,and my wot is 5200 rpm,what is yours?thanks.
