yamaha powerheads

sometime over the winter my motors filled up with water, no idea how this could of happened but i gotta good feeling it was one of the neightbors that knowone liked but i have no proff, i think he filled some of the sparkplug holes with water and the motors are seized, the boat dr said that they not even worth rebuilding, i dont have all kinds of money so im just seeing if anyone has any powerheads laying around that i could rebuild for now, my motors are yamaha 200 1988, thanks erik
