Yamaha Precision blend

I just bought a used boat that came with a yamaha outboard motor I don't know much about boat motors The guy I bought it from says I need to mix my oil with the gas but I open the cover and there appears to be an oil tank in there.Am I doing this right? The motor is a Yamaha Precision Blend model # 25elg.

Does the tank have oil in it? If not, fill it up, mark the oil level on the tank and mix the first tank of gas at 50:1, run that tank out and see if oil pump is working, oil in tank should be lower if working. Precision Blend means oil injected. Hope This Helps
