Will not start. Trim tilt not working. Starter solenoid and starter test proved they are ok. Determined no voltage at brown wire leading to solenoid. Demated 10 pin connector and determined no voltage at RED (12V+) pin on engine side - therefore no voltage being feed forward to console (start switch or trim / tilt). Jumped 12 V to RED wire of harness under console (w 10 pin connected). Trim tilt work and starter switch sent voltage to turn starter over.
Demated 10 pin again - RED on engine side; measured with ohm meter to see if shorted. No short found
