Yamaha t8 8hp high thrust tach

hi i have a 2005 8 hp high thrust outboard in a catalina 22 sail boat. i do not have a remote control box. what i want to find out is what tach works with this engine and what wire hooks up to the tach. this engine has no tilt, elec start and i would like to get a small tach 3" telflex s/w or a tiny tach thanks for your help
