I have a 80 HP yamaha whose tilt seemed to stop working just recently. Its been working great before and then all the sudden it has completely stopped working. When i push the controls i can hear the engine running but the engine doesnt go up or down. Is this a hydrolic problem? and if it is how do i fix it?
