Yamaha transom bolt pattern help

I am repowering my 16' Campion this year - the previous motor was a 1995 Yamaha F50 (four stroke) and I found a really nice 1997 Yamaha V4 115 (2 stroke) that I will be purchasing. I want to know if the transom bolt pattern is going to be the same or will I have to patch the old holes and drill new ones? I appreciate any feedback, thanks!

Might be a close fit but I am guessing no holes will have to be plugged and redrilled.
