Engine is 99 Vmax 150
Problem started by losing power and stalling when coming up on plane. After getting on plane would only run 4500 RPM and shuttered (use to run 5600)
I put new Yamaha fuel pumps on , no help.
Went thru all the carbs, they were very clean. No help.
Checked fuel system from bottom of tank to carbs, no problems. Filter clean.
Took it to the doctor. They decarbed and put in new plugs. Said the plugs in it were wrong heat range.
First trip out it ran OK at first, but 5 hrs later it has lost 600 RPM and about 7 MPH
Haven't been able to get out since.
Any help appreciated.
