yamaha waverunner surges while running

recently had some water in fuel system. I've cleaned the fuel system but now I have a surging<br />problem. What is the cause?

how did you get water in the fuel did you roll it over, if so better clean all your electrical components and connections, did you get water in the block ,could have forced it in to the fuel pump pulse tube, and put water in the back of the pump,and preventing the pump from working properly
