this is a 1984 115etln. this motor idles very rough, always has, even after 2 complete carb rebuilds. off of idle the motor has always run great, until now. I can run for hours at 4000rpms but if I try to open her up to 5000 she'll run for a minute or two the start losing power. kinda like i'm backin off the throttle.as soon as I back off I can get her going again back to 4000rpms where there are no issues. last year i had both carbs rebuilt, new fuel pump. one thing I have noticed is that the primer bulb doesn't pump up hard. will this cause this issue? how about a fuel guage gasket not sealing completely?<br /><br />lingcod
