Congrats to the Dang Yankees! That was one heck of a come back! For a minute there, I actually let me self believe the Sox were actually going to pull it off. A starter comin in frash for relief? Ralph, They played a great season of ball, one of the best league championship series ever! You have nothing to hang your head about. What a great team they are.<br /><br />Now if you were a Phillies fan you would have something to complain about.

If you looked at the player's faces after the 8th the Sox had the look...we hope we can win, The Yankee players had the look...we know we can win.!!! Therein lies the difference.

Can't help it Kenny, been a Sox fan my whole life. I could pack it in and become a fan of another team, but loyalty won't let me. If we never win another title, so be it--I'll back them win or lose as long as I'm alive. Winning all the time must suck though doesn't it? Kinda like you expect to win. Imagine the anticipation (and the heartache) I feel every fall, it really is an emotional roller coaster being a Sox fan. I don't consider the Sox losers, they had an awesome season and they were beat by the best team in baseball, in the 11th inning of the 7th game--nothing to be ashamed of.
