Year of engine??

Mercury 200 serial 2435874 which year is it because I need a water impeller and the old one in the pump the part# is 47-89982 but it doesn't seem to match the year of the engine is it possible??
I though this was a 1968 engine or is it a 1970 ??

So I removed old water impeller and the part # is 47-89982 could the owner before install the wrong impeller or the 200 1968 through 1970 uses same impeller

Also someone could have installed a later model lower unit...
