I have an Evinrude 150hp motor and would like to know the year it was made. <br /><br />Model No. E150STLC??? (last digits rubbed out)<br />Serial No. J0430604<br /><br />Can anyone help?

That letter after the "C" is the important one: Did you look on the powerhead for a small disk that would have the model number on it. Called a welsh plug(Looks like a freeze plug).
