I'm new to this site and I'm trying to post a thread or get information on an Evinrude Elto Model #4266, Serial Number 02313. I know the outboard is a 1.1 hp and was produced from 1938 to 1941. Is there anyway to trace the serial number to determine the exact year?
If I'm in the wrong area can anybody tell me how to post a new tread on this forum to ask the question.
