I just inherited an old small Evinrude outboard
the serial number is: 4416-06400
Can you tell me the year, horsepower, and oil mixture?

That is a 1947 2HP, Jack.

Use a 20:1 mix, 87 octane unleaded and TC-W3 rated outboard oil.
