Year unknown, need parts for recoil starter

have a 6 hp Chrysler ...Mod 62HD Ser: 6154 looking for recoil starter parts, and have looked at Twincities, saw nothing there but email links... they claim to have parts, but nothing listed, any ideas? Thanks for yer help<br /><br />
