Young kid looking for advice!

I got a 73 evinrude 6hp fisherman...running poorly after 2 years of owning. Got a video to show what it sounds like. I've changed all fuel lines, spark plugs, fuel pump, cleaned the carb, check my gas can for debris/water. I'm at a loss...need some help. Watch the video and tell me what ya think.
