Hi,

I have a 17ft RIB with a 90Hp johnson on it.
There was a 13x15 prop on it, on my boat the engine will go 6000 - 62000 rpm with 2 persons on it si I will need another prop I tried a 13x17 and the it was around 5500 rpm.

This was with aluminum props niow I was looking for a ss prop but there are so many different models.
Can somebody help me narrow my selection.
I am looking for a good all round prop and like a good holeshot...

So what should I look for ? Apollo, renegade, rapture, ballistic, turbo prop, raker, viper... ????

Thanks for any input.

Stef

I'd probably start with testing a 17 Stiletto. If the r's are still around 5500 then you can adjust the X domension to gain some. The Stiletto will have more lift than the aluminum props so that will help. You may end up with a 15 but that just seems too small on that boat. Unless there's a lot more drag than I think. But lift should help that.
