Zodiac Fastroller Acti-V floor and valve issues

I've got Zodiac 310 Cadet Fastroller Acti-V with high pressure inflatable floor. The floor and keel are connected by an inflation joint that allows them to be inflated simultaneously from a single valve.
What surprised me is that keel, when it's inflated, moves the floor up in the middle and makes the floor bumpy. It is not very comfortable, especially for those who've got used to a really flat floor. Is it how this boat built, or something is wrong with my boat?
Another strange thing - all valve diaphragms slightly leak. I?ve been told that this is how Zodiac is built. Is it really common for Zodiac?
Thanks.

In standard air floor sibs, the keel is only inflated to 3, 3.5 PSI, and floors to 10-12 PSI, what surprises me is that your sib has apparently same pressure on floor and keel as it's inflated with just one valve. Those floors bumps more compared to wooden or alum floors, sib gains in portability, looses in ridgidity, it's the nature of the beast, will have to live with it. Zodiac has flapper air valves, sometimes leaks, remove and clean, interior flaps must be completely clean, no sand, debris or whatever.

Thank you.
I was also thinking to put a wooden slot between the keel and floor. It should add rigidity and help to keep the floor flat.

Most sibs that uses air matt with inflatable keel should have a wooden slot between upper keel and lower air matt, see if your matt has 2 fabric holders as to place/secure a horizontal slot under, this slot also lowers keel against bottom fabric to shape better underneath bow fabric.

The Zodiac Fastroller Active-V model does not have a horizontal wooden slot by design, so doesn?t have fabric holders for it - that?s why it is probably called ?Active-V?. I will try to put a wooden slot between the air matt and keel and fix it somehow, will see if it works.

Thanks for advice!
