Need ideas from some smart boating people.

I have a Zodiac Futura Mark II 2004 model.
Both the tubes in the inflatable stabilizer (Part No: Z60419) need replacing and cost two arms and a leg in New Zealand.
I have attached image.

I was wondering if anyone had tried replacing these with anything else. Some kind of waterproof EVA foam or silicon????

Does anyone have any ideas?

Cheers

Welcome to iboats .... well you can put expanding foam in there but the problem is getting it 100% smooth, you would need a couple of buddied helping you turn the boat so the foam spreads evenly .... or you ask the thundercat racers in NZ where they get their boats repaired, maybe they can build you new ones for cheap?

Why not fix ones you have? What's wrong with one's you have. Got a hole? Glue it.

Bingo, your boat is newer than mine, and I have performed repairs on my speed tubes.
