Zodiac inter connecting navigation valves, restoration.

Hi all I have a early zodiac inflatable with the chromed 'navigation' valves. These are the type that you can apparantly turn to select which chamber to inflate. However mine are ceased and I was wondering if anyone can give me an idea on how to free them up and dismantle them so I can regrease them and hopefully have them fully working.
