I am surprised no one has hit on this. How freakiin' weird is that? Those poor parents . . . I once thought she did it even though I never really followed it. Horrible.

Yea QC, there was always so much contradicting evidence being spewed out, you did not what to think.
I thought maybe the brother had did it while playing and the parents were covering it up to protect him.

How can they convict this man on a confession only with no physical evidence?

If he's murdered nearly 100 children, maybe he merely said he did it because we wants to serve in a U.S. where conditions are certainly better than where he is now.

I think the jury is still out on this confession IMO.

I hope for the family, he IS Jon Bonet's murderer and he's convicted.

Because he knows details of the murder that were not released to the public. I hope he matches the DNA found at the scene that has not matched any family member.

I hope you're right Mark. I'd like to see whoever did it fry!

This guy needs to fry anyway. Taking one innocent little girls life by raping and murdering her is enough, but he is guilty of killing nearly 100 children.

I hope he meets his maker real soon.

I just hope like heck he is just not trying to do time in a US prison instead of a Thailand one

It seems he had and e-mail correspondence going on with the family for some time

Don't forget about the letter that was hand written.. there were multiple pages of handwriting to compare. It's impossible to disguise your writing in something as long as the letter.

Thailand has an agreement with the US Justice Department to hand over any US Citizen that is wanted here. They don't want them there either.

His visa was revoked, he will be deported.

I really hope he is the guilty party, and if so, he should fry.

He may be a wannabe psycho, so I will wait and see.

Latest is, that his alibi doesn't add up.

I guess the guy is willing to admit to anything rather than spend his life in a Thia prison. He's a dirtbag (admitted) for sure.

We'll "coddle" him here, until we figure it out.

His ex-wife says he was in Alabama at the time, and nowhere near Colorado.

I smell something fishy about this alleged confession. Time, and DNA testing should tell.

No offense, but based on the blanket news coverage, I am already sick of it. They had less coverage of the arrests in Britian last week.

No surprise. There is no doubt, for me anyway, that her parent(s) did it. They just got away with it...case closed.

Re: Breaking news-Suspect arrested in JonBenet Ramsey case

I never for one second believed this guy did it. There is so much publicity on this case that anybody could confess. The parents did it, no doubt about it. Mom got pissed off because she was sick of the kid wetting the bed, and over reacted. The kid ended up dead, and the parents cooked the whole thing up to cover up their tracks. None of it makes sense. What kidnapper stays in the house. Kinda hard to demand a ransom while hiding in the basement. How the heck would he collect it? It was all bollocks. The person who did it is now dead, and there is no way the husband is going to fess up.

The real tragedy is what that child endured before her death. You do not put you kid through that. Mom was living vicariously through her kid, plain and simple. In a way, that child was given her sweet release, and went to a better place....
