Kerry x2 here. I would never vote for Bush or Dr. Evil... I mean Cheney, although this was a lesser of two evils vote for me.

I have to say that I am disappointed that it looks like you have to be a multi-millionaire to run now in either party. Hard to be in touch with people if you don't have to worry about money.

I do have to say that I am surprised at how many boaters vote Republican if this unscientific informal poll is representative sample.

The troubling thing to me is not so much that so many boaters voted for Bush is that they seem to continue to be proud of that fact, despite the mounting body of evidence.

BTW, it was Kerry for me.

My boat is slow so I couldn't vote for anybody who shot himself on a swift boat.

Considering the alternatives?? Dam right I'm proud to have voted for Bush in 2000 & 2004. Since 911 we've had no terror attacks at home, we've overthrown 2 horrible dictatorships with very few US soldiers killed, we have our enemys spending more time killing their own people than ours, the economy is booming, DOW 13k+, unemployment nonexistant, interest rates still at historic lows, on and on and on.
What is there NOT to be proud of??
