Western Auto Stores Electric 3 Speed Wizard Trolling Motor

I got this from my gf's grandma it was sitting in her garage. I hooked it up to a battery the three speeds on forward work perfect and the prop is in perfect shape. The only issue is the reverse does not work. I was going to scrap it but thought I would see EDIT if I should just simply get rid of it. Thanks for everything in advanced guys.

If forward works but reverse doesn't, that is a simple switch issue and judging by the picture, the switch is a garden variety toggle likely available at Radio Shack or any electronic surplus store.
