Doubt if you can find one because there are so many possible variations. I would do one of two things, Either cut a piece of aluminum or stainless steel and fasten to the bow rail using U or J bolts; Or take the boat to a welding shop and have them weld one on

That's the way I'd go, too. If, like me, you're better equipped to work with wood than metal, you could use plywood or Starboard for the 'platform', too.
