Water Pumping Problem

1976 johnson 15hp 2 stroke short shaft, water comes out hard and strong while idling, but barely at all at full throttle

if only one could figure out this site I would have,, ive searched till in blue in the face and can't figure out this user unfriendly site, ,, great site but not for phone users,, no computer, , someone please change the format, , great site, just needs to join the times

You a the first person ive heard say that Rob so i doubt its the site at fault.
Change your impellor by the way
