Carb for 16 hp Suzuki

Looking for carb for a 16 hp. Suzuki, the one that attaches to the engine block with a rubber boot and not by bolting to the engine block. The engine is a 1981 20 hp.

Sorry, I meant a 16 hp. and the model year is 1981 and not 1991!! I apologize for posting the wrong info!!
