For those of you who insist on going totally electronic, you might want to reconsider ... Paper is not dead!

hilarious! I like the one with the roll in the holder and the first sheet reads, "pictures of your X, wipe to develop!"

A lot of people think I'm strange for reading an actual newspaper every morning.

A bidet works just as well, if not better....lol

Our Optometrist is always teasing me, saying that I am the only person he knows that still reads books. I just said yeah, you are right, no charging, no dead batteries, no glare, no cracked screens and no waiting to boot.

I work with technology all day, it is nice to take a break to read a good book.

That is basically how I feel as well. I retired 5 years ago from a Computer Programmer Circuit Designer using three large screen displays to design and research things at my office desk all day long. And since I retired, I have yet to even put on a watch again. I hate it when the phone rings.

Was at the Dr's yesterday the receptionist mentioned the facility going paperless. I said as long as you don't go paperless in the bathrooms we'll be good. I thought she was going to pass the sweet tea she was sipping through her nose.

dingbat, I understand what a bidet is and I did click on the link you provided and read some of it. However, It talked about how American's are running out of forest timber to supply the millions of tons of paper we use in the bathroom each year. But switching to a bidet would just swap the paper usage to water usage. And we really are having water issues in certain parts of America presently. So I just don't see a huge advantage myself. We either all walk around with iffy situations or use paper and/or bidets and solve such things. But going without either isn't a good idea.

I could only take so much odorous issues from the general public before something would have to change! :sorry: :faint2:
