I made one similar, but have not tried it yet. What would be the proper pressure for mercury and Honda outboards. We have a few outboards with potential problems and need to be checked before putting into service this year.
Going to almost impossible to detect a leak.I know it's backwards but any issue pressure testing AFTER putting in the new oil?
I would have picked a gauge that didn't go up to 60 PSI since you won't be putting more than 15 PSI in. Going to be harder to see the gauge dropping.
I can never find the fitting in metal, all I ever come across is plastic, the rest is easy. Plastic does hold low pressure though.
Thanks!

and this is what I ordered
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 <- gauge for both vacuum and pressure, with hose and T fitting
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 <- bike tire schrader valves. Came with like 20 of them
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 <-lube pump with metal fitting
about $30 if you have amazon prime.
The better news is as you can see I'm holding 11psi, and that is post impeller change. I tried to use a new quad ring from my sierra kit but what a POS. I could hear the air escaping with it in place, went to an OEM seal and the leak was gone. Thank god I pressure tested it.
