2003 Sx drive power Steering cyclinder failure.

Power steering cyclinder is leaking. Volvo says this is rare but mine is leaking as fast as the pump can pump it. Volvo also states these power steering cyclinder is non serviceable. Total bs. Is this true that I will have to purchase a whole power steering cyclinder ? I had nothing but trouble with the Volvo drive . This is the last Volvo penta outdrive I will ever own. Always had mercruiser and never had any major problems as I had with Volvo.

Thank you . I am going to try the rebuild kit for the cyclinder . I just knew if it was assembled by caps and screws lids instead of welding closed . Then the cyclinder was rebuildable.
