4.3L Clicking with limited power

Trying to figure out the issue with my 18' 2012 Stingray with the 4.3L. It clicks (sounds like a ticking of a clock, but faster), and has limited power. Even the idle speed is less that normal. A friend of mine thought it could be a spark plug issue? Any thoughts?

Seems like a miss and the tick. clearly isn't working correctly, but still runs.

The rocker arm may have loosened off a bit I would get a Manuel and find out what the clearances should be on the valves. Remove the valve cover and check them. Not saying this is the problem but I had a rocker come loose and the tap-it fell off the top of the valve on the intake and the car would not start. Lucky the tap-it fell where I could grab it and I put it back on and tightened the rocker down. Fired right up. I could be way off here cause I know it's a boat engine not a car but just throughing ideas out there
