Hi
I have a bowrider or open bow, as the US guys call it.
I fully understand that these type of boats are probably designed for better climates than here in Scotland, but I detest the constant trickle of water that enters where the bow cover fastens forward of the windscreen.
The cover I have is a really good fit and even has a sealing lip to meet the boat, but still leaks then runs onto the seat and into the bilge.
A windscreen cover, then overlapping the bow cover may help, but really don't want to go down that route, as I use the boat often with the full camping covers up.
Was thinking of some sort of sealing tape or similar that can be re used...?
Anyone have any bright ideas ?
It's maybe one I'll just have to suck up, but coming from a high quality British made boat previously, which was as water tight as a ducks arse, it's hard to take !
Thanks
