I have a 150 that was originally an EFI. I was continuously having issues with and the computer ended up going out. I bought a 2000 200hp carbed engine and put the carbs on mine. I ran it with the rear bleed lines plugged off at the cylinder and it ran fine that night to test it. The next day i ran all new bleed lines as they should be. It now bogs when you give it throttle and dies. I can hit the choke a couple times and it takes off and runs fir WOT. So i figured its gotta be fuel supply. I tore the carbs apart and they were clean but i cleaned them all and blew them out. The manual pump im using is from the EFI system. Any ideas?

Did you change intake manifold as different between carb and EFI???? Did you install the recirculating valves???

I did change the whole intake with reads. The reeds were great the engine is a 2000 but only has roughly 30 hours on it and the oil pump went out messing up one piston. I did not install a recirculation valve.is this the valve that is in the starboard side head question and what does it do

Oil pump failures don't only damage one cylinder, the entire motor loses oil at about the same time, there can be damage to every cylinder and bearings too. Normally the cause is elsewhere if only one cylinder is involved.
