I bought my boat not running and previous owner had removed some of the hoses. The hoses I need help with are on top of the vapor separator and attach to the vapor pump. One hose comes from the top of the motor and goes to a "t". I assume one end goes into the air silencer box? The other goes to the lower part of the motor. The vapor pump has two nozzles, one pointing up and one horizontal . Which hose goes where? My manual shows nothing relating to the vapor separator. Any help appreciated.

You have a lousy manual. A vent tube diaphragm is on page 2-52 of my OEM service manual.

The vapor pump has a pulse line, a line to the vapor separator, a line to the lower main bearing and a line to a tee. The lines then run from the Tee to the upper airbox and upper main bearing vent.

I hope that helps...

Does C attach to D or E? I assume B goes to upper air box? Does A go to D or E?

OK, Vertical Nipple E connects to hose with Tee in it. B goes to airbox, C goes to upper main bearing.

The braided hose is pulse line. Front starboard nipple to vacuum switch (your's looks correct)

Rear Starboard nipple D looks to go to lower main bearing. It is hard to see exact routing.

The two front hoses are on the fuel distribution chamber and go to each fuel manifold, port and starboard. Yours look to be correct.

You do realize that a six cylinder motor is a 150HP motor, right. Your motor should be a V4 without the vacuum switch. I will guess the nipple is capped.

My motor is a 90HP 4 cylinder. This picture just one I found for reference. Thanks for the help!

the hose with the "T" and "C"...are the same hose....it looks like to me...... I took all my manuals home....but they clearly show the hose routing
