You're supposed to check engine mounts every 100hrs/once a year.

Meaning....that when you shift to FWD...it jumps forward....instead of being at idle in fwd....
The way its supposed to work...is that the shift to fwd is completed, then the throttle starts to advance....sounds like you need an adjustment of the shift and throttle cables....

X2 on an adjustment. You want the shift to occur prior to the RPM increase.
