First off thanks for the help getting me this far with the rebuild,

I do have a concern after buttoning everything up to torque specs, when I removed powerhead I could spin the Crank shaft with hand but now it does have some resistance if I try and turn it by hand after getting it back together. Is this normal with new pistons and rings?

Yes dowel pins are lined up, it will turn, just not as easy before the tear down. I can hear it sucking air through plug holes, no strange noises. I guess I'm assuming it will be tighter with new pistons and rings, lol

Are there any spots where the 'resistance' increases then decreases? No spark plugs installed

No, seems smooth once turning,
Plugs haven't been installed as still on top of tool box, wiring and remount hopefully tomorrow.
