99' Johnson 200 (FICHT or NOT?)

Can someone tell me how to tell the difference in 99' 200 FICHT vs a Non FICHT?

I do not want to buy a FICHT motor.

I'm pretty sure that the Ocean Runner is Carbeurated. The motor in the above picture I think is an Ocean Runner.

I don't have the motor here. But, i did confirm

Which tells me this is not a Fuel Injected FICHT.
